Privacy Notice

When you submit the inquiry form or register through the procurement portal, we collect the information you type: your organization's name, location, and website; your name, title, work email, and work phone; a general description of the work you need; the documents you accepted or acknowledged, the revision of each, and the time; and the page you submitted from. With every inquiry and registration we also record your browser type and the network address the submission came from, so the record can be attributed to you.

To protect you and us from messages sent in another company's name, we look up the domain of the email address you give us (the part after the @) in the public domain registries, to learn when the domain was registered and whether an older domain spelled one letter differently exists. We look up the domain only, never your full address.

The site does not require an account and does not set advertising or analytics cookies.

We accept an inquiry only from an email address its sender has confirmed. After you send the inquiry form, we email you a link. Your inquiry reaches our sales team when you open the link and press Confirm. An inquiry not confirmed within 48 hours expires and does not reach our sales team.

When our customer portal opens, we will invite senders who confirmed their address to it.

• To respond to your inquiry and confirm your registration.
• To confirm the email address an inquiry comes from, and to detect addresses set up to imitate another company.
• To record your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions of Sale, Mutual Nondisclosure Agreement, and Export Control Notice.
• To meet our export-control and business record-keeping duties.
• To set up your company as a prospective customer in Leatherwood's customer records.

Inquiries go from this website to Leatherwood's customer records system. The emails about an inquiry, the confirmation link to you and the confirmed inquiry to Leatherwood's sales mailbox with copies to the Leatherwood people who handle new business, are sent by Resend, an email delivery service, from notify.leatherwoodmfg.com. Resend's own privacy policy governs its handling of those messages.

Procurement registrations are relayed by FormSubmit, a third-party form service, to Leatherwood's sales mailbox on the leatherwoodmfg.com domain, with copies to the Leatherwood people who handle new business, and a copy of your registration goes to the work email you gave us. FormSubmit's own privacy policy governs its handling of the relay.

Inquiries and registrations are kept in Leatherwood's customer records system, operated by Leatherwood's parent company, Worthy Industrial Holdings, on infrastructure hosted by Supabase and Vercel in the United States. The people who see your record are the Leatherwood and Worthy Industrial Holdings staff who handle new business and its administration. We do not send your information to any other third party except as this notice describes.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not use it to train artificial intelligence models. We do not share it with anyone outside Leatherwood and its parent company except as needed to serve you, to comply with law, or with a successor to our business.

We keep inquiry records for 3 years after the last contact. We keep registration records, including the record of your acceptance or acknowledgment of our legal documents, for 7 years after the later of your last order or the end of our relationship, and longer where the law or a contract requires.

To see, correct, update, or delete the information you gave us, call (843) 744-4500 or write to the address above. We honor the request unless the law, an open order, or the retention of an acceptance record requires us to keep it.

Never send drawings, specifications, or other technical data through this website. See the Export Control Notice. If technical data reaches us through a form, we contain it and contact you about the controlled channel.

When this notice changes, the revision and date at the top change with it. The revision in force when you submit a form is the one that applies to that submission.
